  • Learning Disabilities

Supporting adults with a natural person-centred transition towards greater independence

The specialist Learning Disabilities Service at Careworld London is designed to provide top quality care and support for people living with varied forms of learning disabilities (mild, moderate, or severe) be it in their homes or within the community they live.

The Careworld London team recognises that it is generally not the learning disability that prevents people from taking on new challenges or living more independently but rather restrictions in the community surrounding them. Hence our support packages are designed with focus on personalities, likes, dislikes, goals and ambitions with regards to what people can do rather than inherent and feasible challenges.

Our ability to work creatively in devising solutions to possible challenges that may occur in the course of our service delivery has surely been the hallmark of our success story

We equally provide assistance to friends and relatives who care for people with learning disabilities, to ensure that they too maintain their quality of life.

    Courage does not always roar.
Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,

    “I will try again tomorrow”
